i've always question myself after every set back faced in life. like why won't things feel the same as before, or how you interact with certain people isn't the same as how you interact with people you who appreciates you better. i guess this is human reaction afterall.

i chanced upon a documentary movie on British Documentary Channel on human instinct today. i guess its the same as how we apply it in problems we encounter. if a baby puts his finger in a flame, surely he retreats his finger and avoides the second try without a second thought, yes? a lesson learnt indeed.
if you were hurt once, surely you'd avoid that particular person in prevention of getting hurt the second time, no? thus, i guess our every reaction/ response we give towards that person will be total different. it deters us from getting close to that person.

i always thought to myself- why can't i be myself, when i communicate with someone who's hurt me before, that has made life so hard on me. To me, i find it an obstacle. but trust plays a very important role here.
i can never ever, be myself if i don't trust someone. i don't know if it applys to you, but its does to me. i can't possibly trust someone instantly after what has happened. but sometime, we try.

but this this case, i tried too hard.

i screwed my emotions, my entire teenage life.
so now, i should just stop questoning myself and just be myself around that particular person. -i don't trust you.
we're human afterall. after all what you've did, i can't bring myself to forgive.
& it all voice down to, worthiness.
i questioned my worthiness. but i forgot to question yours.

so now, i won't be the girl you used to know, who gives in to every wrong doings you've done and get pused and tossed around by you like a churning machine. i should long ago heeded mum's advice, and followsed all advice given. i should just stop being the soft one.

its harder than i thought. so lets just stay the way we are. the silent treatment. 'cause i can never ever bring myself to trust you ever again after what you've did to me. how much i struggled, foolishly trying to trust you again and again. i've gone a long way trying to seek happiness in somewhere i don't belong. and i'm done with it. i give up.

its pointless, afterall.
